Ordering & Payment

Generally speaking, our MOQ is 500 pieces. That said, we have done smaller orders from time to time.

But just so you know, for really small runs, the costs can get pretty high once you factor in things like repro, printing, tooling, and setup.

  1. Box Style: (e.g., rigid box, folding carton, etc.)

  2. Dimensions: Length × Width × Height

  3. Material & Surface Finishing: (e.g., coated paper with matte lamination)

  4. Printing Colors: (e.g., CMYK, Pantone colors)

  5. Reference: If available, please attach pictures or a design file for checking. A physical sample would be even better for accurate clarification. If not, we can recommend some relevant products with details for your reference.

We offer flexible payment options, including T/T (bank transfer), WeChat Pay, Alipay, and PayPal.

Sample & Customization

After price is confirmed, you can require samples to check our quality. Free for a blank sample to check the design and paper quality, but you have to afford the express freight.

For sample making, we will charge 30usd-100usd to cover the cost on filming and printing. Final price will be confirmed according to the products’ craftwork.

  1. Accepted File Formats: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD (these are the most common ones we work with).

  2. Bleed Requirement：3-5mm is needed.
  3. Image Resolution: Please keep it at least 1200 DPI—the higher, the better for print quality!

All our products are designed and made according to customer’s demand. We have no standard lines available from stock.

Shipping & Delivery

It will take 7-10 days for a sample and 15-20 days for a bulk order.

Export standard package or special package according to customer’s requirements.

By sea or by air, we will check the best shipping method for you.
